This means that the last chapter of Luke of the resurrected Christ which is picked up in Acts 1 is important for us to consider. Luke 24 will show us the Christ-centered faith focused perspective of the book of Acts. (Lk 24:13-35)

Christianity is about a relationship with a God which is both formal and deeply relational. Our God is a promise-making God who relates to His people by formalizing unbreakable terms and so this element of God's character is vital to our desire to know God. (Galatians)
