We often become stuck in the familiar and the comfortable and then seek to understand God in light of that familiarity. Even though the church had been given a universal charge to bring the gospel they were still stuck in Jerusalem. Our text shows us the things that God does to move us out of our small circles into His bigger and broader Christ-centered purposes. (Ac 8:1-7)
