As we begin to discuss who God is, it is very important to address the aspect of God's attributes pertaining to His self-existence. This means that God exists in Himself, by Himself with no outside assistance. One of the key errors which hinders our enjoyment of God is seeing Him as having some sort of need and so, one of the key factors in enjoying Him is to see Him as having no need to exist from no one else.
