Is the Kingdom of God a description of future heaven or present earth? Do we simply pray and wait for God or do we have a role in seeing the Kingdom come... "on earth, as it is in heaven?" The connection between Luke 4 and Isaiah 61 helps to unlock this mystery and shows what the people of God can boldy take part in, within this lifetime. (Lu 4:14-30)
