What does it mean for us to live in a fallen world that was ruined by our first parents and us in and through them? Said another way as those who have been given a wonderful promise of triumph by the promised descendant of Eve what will life look like as we live in the hope of Christ's triumph. What we learn from our passage is how God's people collectively relate to a holy God as unworthy sinners. Faith, covering, mediation, cross, and sojourners become terms essential and foundational to God's people relating to Him in their sinfulness. (Ge 3:20-24)
