Lostness under Law’s Solution is a Heavenly Husband

In chapter 2 of Ruth, we have our first answer to being lawless and evil under the law. The answer God gives us is adoption into a grace family. But the question needs to be asked if this is all. In chapter 3 we see another solution to how we, being under law, are made worse. God's second answer to the person finding themselves lacking under the law is a grace marriage to a heavenly Husband who gives you his perfections as yours and takes your sin and rebellion as His own debt to take ownership for and remove.
